How do you charge for handyman work?
We charge either hourly ($75-$95/hour with 2-hour minimum) or by project quote. For quick repairs, hourly works best. For defined projects like installing trim throughout a room, we provide fixed-price quotes. Materials are either included in quotes or billed separately for hourly work.
What's the minimum service call?
We have a 2-hour minimum for handyman services. This covers travel time and ensures we can complete at least one meaningful project. If you have multiple small tasks, we can often tackle several in a single visit.
Do you provide materials or do I need to buy them?
Either option works! We can purchase materials and include them in your bill, or you can buy materials yourself if you prefer to shop around. For project quotes, materials are typically included in the fixed price.
How quickly can you come out?
For non-emergency repairs, we typically schedule within a few days to a week. If you have an urgent issue (like a major leak), call us and we'll do our best to respond quickly. Emergency services may have additional charges.
Is there any job too small?
Not at all! Whether it's hanging one picture or replacing a dozen light fixtures, we're happy to help. Our 2-hour minimum means even quick jobs are worthwhile. Many customers save up a list of small tasks for one efficient visit.
